He was predeceased by: his son David (DJ); and his parents, Phillip and Janet. He is survived by: his children, Angela, Ryan and Shannon; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Abigail, Gunner and Annabelle; his siblings, David (Ann), Loren (Lani), Gary (Diane), Daryl (Lisa) and Nancy Further (Charlie); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Brittany, Brooke, Tyler R., Steve and Christine; and his wife Christine. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
