She was predeceased by: her husband Carl A. Schrubbe; her parents, Theobald Nennert and Alma Nennert; and her brother Norman Nennert. She is survived by: her children, Carl D. Schrubbe (Janet Dettlaff), Glenn Schrubbe (Katherine) and Wayne Schrubbe (Donna); her grandchildren, Alexis Schrubbe, Jordan Schrubbe (Katie), Theodore Schrubbe (Darcie), Nicholas Schrubbe (Julie) and Angela Daniels (Bill); her great grandchildren, Colette, Arabelle, Macy and Josie; and her sister Mary Ellen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Shirley's honor would be appreciated to Mount Carmel Lutheran Church, 8424 West Center Street, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53222.
