He was predeceased by: his parents, George P. Stark and Wayne I. Stark; and his children, Kim E. Swenor (Stark) and Gale C. Kramer (Stark). He is survived by: his wife Mavis; and his children-in-law, Kyle J. Kramer and James J. Swenor (Norma). He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces and countless friends.
