He was predeceased by : his son Douglas Barnes (Karen); and his siblings, Patrick Barnes and Dorothy Ebert. He is survived by : his wife Joyce; his son Jeffrey Barnes (late Suzanne); his granddaughters, Amanda (Ryan) and Hannah; his great grandchild William; and his siblings, James Barnes (Ann) and Kathleen Knoedler (Richard). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
