He was predeceased by: his sons, Michael and Roger Johnson; and his close friend Nick Beaumont. He is survived by: his spouse Peggie; his children, Sperry Theirich (David), Rich Johnson (Sarah), Nicole Camacho (Tony) and David Johnson; his grandchildren, Zeth, Roger, Katie, Dylan, Emma and Abigail; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Avery and Memphis; and his sister Marlene Lenora. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
