He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Witter and Jean Witter (Nee Peroutka); and his brother James Witter (Rose). He is survived by: his sisters, Dianne AuBuchon (Phil), Bonnie Rochon, Patti Flood (Mark) and Lori Nelson; his nieces and nephews, Michelle, Aimee, Kelly, Stacy, Stephanie, Mikayla, Brianna, Kaia, Philip, Steve, Scott and Preston; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Abryelle, Kelsi, Izabela, Braelyn, Jasalyn, Skylar, Alaia, Ricky, David, Damian, Marshall, Wyatt, Jameison, Landon and Amir; his godchildren, Louis Miranda, Annachelle Perry, Philip AuBuchon, Nicole Alvarez-Wright and Tatiana Hughes; his close friends, Annie and Julio Alvarez; and also, Leticia and Alvaro.
