She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Smack and Yvonne Smack. She is survived by: her husband James; her children, Josh (Magon), Sarah, Alex Howard and Patti Cooke (Chase); her grandchildren, Andre and Keiran of Arabella, JJ; and her sisters, Debbie VanDerWal (Fred) and Kathy Calkins (Brian). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
