He was predeceased by: his parents, Milan Kutcher and Elizabeth Kutcher; and his sisters, Luella Schiess (John), Kathleen Olver (Gerald) and Violet Casper (Norvin).

He is survived by: his spouse Louellen; his children, Steven Kutcher (Nadine) and Debra Bierbach (John); his grandchildren, Jefferson Kutcher (Amanda), Stephanie Kutcher, Nathaniel Kutcher, Michael Bierbach (Sara) and Trisha Bierbach; his great grandchild Olivia Kutcher; and his siblings, Lawrence Kutcher (Yvonne) and Lila Gorney (James).
