He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Vozar and Marian Vozar; and his siblings-in-law, Walter, Marilyn Smith and Allen Smith (Kathy).

He is survived by: his wife Karen A.; his son Joseph (Ashley); his grandchildren, Parker and Caden; his sister Barbara Burow (John); his sister-in-law Sharon Polachek (Dave); his nieces and nephews, Kyle (Whitney), Amber, Amanda, Abby, Dan, Shane and Tammy (Mike); and his close friend Richard McGinn (Jane Fox). He is also survived by loving relatives and many friends.
