She was predeceased by: her siblings, Jean Marie, Clara, Donald, Dean and Danny; and her parents, Gust Carlson and Zella Carlson.

She is survived by: her husband LaVern W. Strand of Milwaukee; and her children, Joyce Baldwin, Bert Strand (Joannie), Jim Strand (Lisa), Sandy Reynolds (Bob), Dede Strand (Mark) and Carol Strand.
