He was predeceased by: his parents, Audrey Treptow (Nee Sommers) and Walter "Buzzy" Treptow; his brother-in-law Don Reid; and his parent-in-law Beverly. He is survived by: his stepfather Thomas Mitten; his wife Ellen Treptow (Nee Reid); his siblings, Candy Wokral (Roger), Tim Treptow (Patti), Melanie Mitten (Pam Kallas) and Pamela Stencel (Steven); his brothers-in-law, David Reid and Dan Reid (Rose); his mother-in-law Enid Reid; his niece Kayla Stencel; and his nephew Blake Stencel.
It was Mike's wish, in lieu of flowers, memorials be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
