He is survived by: his children, Calvin, Wade and Jada; his parents, Jodi and Michael; his siblings, Tanya Galten (Brad) and Michele (Chris Klug); his nieces and nephews, Taylor, Reilly and Kinsley; and his grandparents, Calvin Kadrich (Jenny), Joan Kadrich and Jan Stuedemann. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
