He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Connie; his child Jeffery Nebel (Susan); his grandchildren, Stephanie, Mitchell, Alexander, Evelyn and Brooke Nebel; and his siblings, Thomas Nebel (Nancy), Judith Ramlow (Ron), Kathleen Ruhe (Bob) and David Nebel (Dana). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
