Jelinek (New Berlin, Wisconsin), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 5, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Clyde W. Jelinek; her son Dale Jelinek (late Laurel); her siblings, LaVerne Kennedy (late Don), John "Jack" Karlik (late Doris) and Robert Karlik (late Jeanette); and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Jones (late Ray) and Beverly Fechtmeyer (Bill).
She is survived by: her children, Jay Jelinek, Laura Buncich (Joseph), Danny (Sherri) and Karen Garrison (David); and her sister-in-law Lucille Anderson (late Dale). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated.
