She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Schmidt and Mary Schmidt. She is survived by: her husband Carl; her children, Susan Overson (Ron), Greg Tomaszewski (Beth), Lisa Leighton and Julie Dziengel; her siblings, Donald Schmidt (Gladys), Harriet Lisiecki and Carol Schmidt; her grandchildren, Ryan Tomaszewski, Brandon Dziengel (Rachel) and Katie Dziengel; her great grandchildren, Mila and Westley; her sister Grace Kennedy; and her son-in-law Harvey Leighton.
