She was predeceased by: her spouse John; and her parent Edwin Kalbes. She is survived by: her children, Duane Collins (Courtney), Doug Collins (Jami), David Collins (Leighann) and Deanna Collins (Niles); her grandchildren, Emily, Brayden, Ryan, Allison, Tyler, Katie, Johnathan, Elaina, Hadley, Dante and Marcus; her great grandchildren, Aubree and Jayden; and her parent Arlene Kalbes. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
