He was predeceased by: his son Derek; his parents, Casimer Dolata and Lucille Dolata; his brother Dale Dolata; and his brother-in-law Don Haase.
He is survived by: his sister Phyllis Haase; and his sister-in-law Toni Dolata. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
