He was predeceased by: his son Michael Zawistowski; his parents, Maximillian Zawistowski and Joanna Zawistowski; and his sister Maxine Zawistowski. He is survived by: his friend Caroll Averill; and his children, Lisa Andrews (Mike), Roxanne Monce (Bill), Rochelle Roventini (Tony), Mark Zawistowski (Donna) and Dan Zawistowski (Christine). He is also survived by grandchildren and (7) great grandchildren.
