He was predeceased by: his son Edward Allen; his parents, Elmer Kamnik and Mina Kamnik; and his sister Marlene Finley. He is survived by: his children, Laura McIntosh (Dan) of Tulsa, OK and Rega Plaster (Larry) of Whitefish Bay, WI.; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Madsen (Kevin), Jordan McIntosh (Rubie), Erin McIntosh and Katherine Plaster; his brother Jerry; his friends, Pete, Phyllis and Duane; and also Patricia Blatz. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
