He is survived by: his spouse Patricia; his children, Jay (Lynn), Janice Sullivan (Brian), Peter (Mary), Paul (Angie), Joe (Wendy) and Jon Michael Golembiewski (Patty); his grandchildren, Sean, Samantha, Sydney, J. P., Greta, Luke, Joshua, Ben and Christy; and his siblings, Jerry Golembiewski (Kathleen) and Ellen Golembiewski.
