He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline; and his son Dylan. He is survived by: his children, Alicia, Amanda and Travis; his grandchildren, Royler, Anthony, Jaden and Skylar; and his siblings, Judy, Chris, Mark and Mike. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials greatly appreciated.
