She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard. She is survived by: her sons, Tom (Pat) and Steven; her granddaughters, Jessica Sampica (Timothy) and Kristi Ellenbecker (Cristopher); her great grandchildren, Fiona, Aria, Elsie and Sadie; and her siblings, Doris, Lois (Andy), Eleanor, Kathy (Jack), Judy, Joe (Carol) and Debbie (Jim). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
