He was predeceased by: his brother Thomas A. Sedivy (late Rita). He is survived by: his wife Betty M. Johnson; his daughters, Cynthia J. Beisenstein, Barbara A. Ahrens (late Dale) and Donna B. Pfaff (Robert); his grandchildren, Erin L. Pfaff-Hoffman (Chase Hoffman), Erick R. Pfaff and John D. Ahrens; and his sister-in-law Joyce Chmielewski. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
