He was predeceased by: his brother Ralph Flagg (Edna). He is survived by: his wife Rhoda Lenora; and his children, Judy Menting (Mark), James John Flagg, Rhonda Flagg Roca (Francisco Sanchez Roca) and Scott Flagg (Pamela Schools).
