He was predeceased by: his child Diane Jacobsen. He is survived by: his spouse Sue; his children, Leon Jacobsen (Stephanie Gaveras-Jacobsen) and Lisa Lang (Tim); his grandchildren, Nick, Diane, Patrick, Alyssa, Christie and Maria; his great grandchild Grace; his sibling Dolores Bink; his close friends, Jay and Donna Kopplin; and his pet Ginger. He is also survived by other relatives, friends.
