He is survived by: his wife Carole Lee Berg; his children, Mary Carole Frederickson, Barbara Chmielewski (Michael), James Berg (Annette) and Michael Berg (Kathy); his grandchildren, Justin Frederickson (Rebekah), Trevor Frederickson (Katie), Katie Mueller (Ian), Jack Chmielewski (Kay), Kevin Chmielewski (Kim), Lauren Pawlowski (Zach), Grace Berg, Jade Berg, Michael Berg and Anna Berg; his sisters, Elaine Mozina (Berg) and Lea Doucette (Berg); and his brother-in-law Richard Swoboda. He is also survived by 14 Great Grandchildren.
