He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Karen and Douglas Rupp. He is survived by: his parents, Timm and Amy; his sisters, Amanda Rohde (Zach), Rebecca Westphal (Andrew) and Sarah Westphal (Tim); his grandparents, Michael and Lexi Westphal; his aunts and uncles, Bill Rupp (Krissy), Rachel Schneider (Jim), Mike Westphal Jr. and Taniya Lee (Chris); his cousins, Billy (Maggie), Matthew, Brandin, Alyssa, Andy, Jack, Alaina (Jameson), Chris Jr., Nick and Liana; and also Teddy James.
