He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Winkler and Amelia Winkler; and his brother Richard Winkler (Jane). He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Ann Kotras, Marguerite Dworzak (Anthony) and Lillian Shain (George); and his brother-in-law George Kotras. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
