He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Johnson and Ruth Johnson; and his siblings, Kenneth, Nels, Robert, Sandra, Karen and Suellen.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mark, Pamela, Patricia and Lori. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
