He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Rachael Favero (Chris), Scott Kofroth, Steve Kofroth, Michael Kofroth and Laura Marek; and his siblings, Sharron Smith, Louise Brown and Shelly Heffner (John). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
