She is survived by: her husband Alvin; her sons, Tim Kubiak (Mary Beth) and Jeff Kubiak (Christine); her grandchildren, Dana, Shawn (Tom), Joseph (Gerianne) and Nikki (Brandan); and her great grandchildren, Jacqui, Nicole, Allison, Lola and Augie. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
