She was predeceased by: her pet Toby; her parents, Robert Martin and Mary Ann Martin; her stepmother Diane Martin; and her niece Brittney Martin.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Lazarczyk; her son Steven Lazarczyk (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Ethan and Amelia Lazarczyk; and her siblings, David Martin (Kay), Dale Martin (Kim), Pamela Minzlaff (Paul) and Lynn Short (Michael). She is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear friends and co-workers.
In Lieu of flowers memorials to Mother of Perpetual Help Parish, Milwaukee Casting Club or HAWS in Debbie's honor would be appreciated.
