It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Phillip Perszyk (New Berlin, Wisconsin), who passed away on November 5, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Raymond (Mary Anne); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his spouse Lyndall (Nee Jones); his daughters, Amy DiPiazza (Tom) and Megan Pockat (Philip); his grandchildren, Izabella, Charles, Riley, Henry and Patrik; and his brothers-in-law, Robert (Karen) and James. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in David's honor appreciated to American Heart Association or Katy's Kloset.
