He was predeceased by: his spouse Janice. He is survived by: his children, Denise Michalik (Gary), Pamela Reese (Greg) and Denise Jones (Jeff); his grandchildren, Heather, Gregory and Janna; and his sister Diana Jaster (Thom). He is also survived by other relatives and many loving friends.
