He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Miller (Kathi) and Kevin Miller (Micki Shrank); his grandchildren, Allison Miller (Jim Sullivan), Joseph Miller, Amanda Miller and Alayna Miller (Ryan Hocking); and his girlfriend Sue Jung. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
