He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Stack and Lillian Stack; and his sister Shirley Shultis. He is survived by: his wife Edna; his daughter Marie L. Stack-Woolley (Joey); and his grandchildren, Jesse and Jacob. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
