She was predeceased by: her husband Roman. She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy McIntosh (Patrick), Judy Mussey and Kathy Murray (Dan); her grandchildren, Adam (Ali), Marisa (Matt), Jamie (Brandon), Shane, Connor, Derek and Drew; her great grandchildren, Harper, Cooper, Owen, Callen, Brenna and Sloane; and her siblings, Pat and Tom Chuck (late Toni). She is also survived by other Brother and Sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Private Services and Entombment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery will be held due to current Pandemic.
