Stead of New Berlin, Wisconsin, born in Waukesha, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 31, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, George Stead and Esther Stead (Lutz); his wives, Barbara Davis and Polly Roberts; his sister Virginia Raatz (Jack); and his son-in-law Steve Garbukas.

He is survived by : his daughters, Debbie Garbukas (late Steve) and DeeDee Drezdon (Scott); his grandchildren, Alyssa Pochert (Mike), Erin Geddes-Garbukas (Alec) and Kelly Garbukas; his sister Karen Sagert (Jerry); and his goddaughter Jill Smale (Roy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorials in Arthur's honor may be made to the Zablocki VA Medical Center of Milwaukee, WI.
