She was predeceased by: her husband Henry "Hank"; her parents, John Polakowski and Anna Polakowski; and her siblings, Grace Mila, George Polakowski, Audrey Lemanske, Daniel Polakowski, Ellen Prazynski, Jean Radulski and John "Jack" Parker. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
