He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald and Caroline; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his children, Amy Henrichs (John), Denise and AJ; his grandchildren, Branden, Ryan and Jeremy Jr.; and his siblings, Gerald, Sandra and Ronald (Linda).
