He was predeceased by: his parents, Elgie L. Kartman and Hilda Kartman (Taylor); his brother John; and his pet Nikki. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Kartman of Neshkoro; his children, Stephen Kartman (Susan) of Whitewater, Sue Kartman (Cindy Walters) of Fifield, Kay Neuenschwander (Steve) of Oregon, WI and Kris Penia (Ken) of Bradenton, FL; his grandchildren, Nathan, Ashley Kartman, Kim and Alex Neuenschwander; his great grandchildren, Gracie and Taylor; his brother Lou Kartman of Winneconne; and his pet Kalie. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
