He is survived by: his sons, Tim (Katie) of Waukesha, Tom (Judy) of Neosho, Terry (Melinda) of Hartford and Dan (Lynn) of Bloomington, IN; his grandchildren, Matt, Miah, Kyle, Jennifer, Brian, Ashtyn, Tea and Boston; his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Elijah and Parker; and his siblings, Kenny, Jerry, Donna, Sharon and Arlene.
