With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Terry Richter of Neosho, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Terry left this world on April 18, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter "Bud" Richter and Linda Richter; his in-laws, Art and Ruby Rowoldt; his mother-in-law Charlette Blinzer; and his brother Tom Richter.
He is survived by: his wife Gwynne Lee Richter (Rowoldt); his daughters, Tina Carles (Bob) of Lubbock, Tyia Kemnitz of Neosho and Tonia Doering (Keith) of Farr West, Utah; and his grandchildren, Allysan Hernandez (John), Lane, Kase, Austin Carles, Cheyenne, Lucas Kemnitz, Caitlyn Jaklich (Sam) and Tyler Doering.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Belle Cemetery (700 E Grove St, Oconomowoc, WI 53066).
