She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Paul Retzlaff, Sr. and Viola Vertha Martha Retzlaff; her son Daniel Hintz; her son-in-law Paul Beine; her grandsons, Adam Endres (Danielle), Carl Endres and Michael Endres; her great grandchild Violet Endres; her sister-in-law Joan Retzlaff (late Henry, Jr.); her husband Delwin Hintz; and her daughters, Susan Endres (Roger) and Sarah Beine. She was also cherished by many other relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions in Ruth's memory may be made to St. Michael' Lutheran Church of Iron Ridge (Hustisford) and directed to the quilting club "Gathering Threads.".
