He is survived by: his girlfriend Carrie; his children, Sunny, Lilly, Cameron and Christian; his parents, Jean Kontny (Richard) and Dennis Holevatz (Marcia); his siblings, Sarah Grob (Eric) of Mansfield, TX, Eric Holevatz (Kayla) of Rubicon, Justin Kontny (Lyndsey) of Iron Ridge, Adrienne Redelings (Ben) of Neosho, Ashley Holevatz of Fond, Craig Holevatz (Kathy) of Fond, Brooke Wallender (Alex) of Fond and Lac; and his grandparent Valrae Holevatz of Oshkosh. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and cherished friends.
