He is survived by: his parents, Mark Breitenbach (Linda Mergener) and Billiejo Bartel (Jeremy Klein); his girlfriend Sadie; and his brothers, Christopher Berres (Megan), Russell Breitenbach (Shannon) and Richard Breitenbach. He is also survived by uncles, aunts' nieces, nephews' cousins and other relatives and friends.
