He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Koch and Leona Kontowski. He is survived by: his wife Carol Graf; his daughters, Leona, Deanna Kroll (Jared Pagel) and Lisa Opalewski; his grandchildren, Brian Storrm, Stephanie Storrm, Gavin Kroll, Corey Opalewski and Wyatt Opalewski; his stepgranddaughter Sabrina Gee; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Russell (Robert), Daniel Graf and Eileen Kiefer; his stepfather Harold Kontowski; and also, Christine Koch and George Koch. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles' cousins, a sibling and a grandchild.
