She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Malchek and Pauline Malchek; her brother Norbet Malchek; her sister-in-law Sun Pun Chong Troeller; her niece Shirley Malchek; and her nephew Jason Malchek.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis L. Portz; her children, Edie M Schlehlein, Steven L Portz and Laura A Charly (Roger); her grandchildren, Dale Schlehlein, Mitchell Schlehlein, Michael Schlehlein, Elizabeth Schlehlein, Andrew Schlehlein, Annabelle Charly, Roark Charly, Drake Charly and Ramsey Charly; and her siblings, Tony Malchek (Betty) and Barb Kutzke (Danny). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
