He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jane and Andrew S. Lastovich; his brothers, Andrew and Greg Lastovich; and his sister-in-law Sharon Lastovich.
He is survived by: his pet Bella; his siblings, Dennis Lastovich, Virginia Purtell (Jerry), Rose Schwartz, Tom Lastovich (Dot), Mary Horst, Marge Mishler (Steve), Jeff Lastovich and Pam Radschlag (Terry); and his sister-in-law Sue Lastovich. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and great friends.
Contributions in memory of Butch, his love of Neosho and St. Paul Church, are appreciated to St. Paul Lutheran Church-Neosho.
