She is survived by: her fathers, Mike Shawanokasic of Neopit and Salvador "Chava" Hernandez, Jr. of Keshena; her close friend Devante Horton; her grandparents, Leroy, Liz Shawanokasic of Keshena, Roxanne Kaquatosh of Kenosha and Salvador Hernandez, Sr. of Mexico; her siblings, Chantz Hernandez, Salvador Hernandez, Jr., Alysia Hawkins (Veloquice), Alfred Hernandez, Elexus Hernandez, Faith Shawanokasic, Brian Shawanokasic and William Hernandez; her aunts and uncles, Jerry Rescigno of Kenosha, Mary A. Shawanokasic, Mark Shawanokasic of Keshena, Starla Hernandez and Yolanda Kaquatosh of Green Bay; her sister Payton Smith; her cousins, Caitelyn Shawanokasic and Shaylea Hernandez; her nieces and nephews, Isabella, Arielle, Brooklyn and Isaiah; her godmother Linda Orie of Madison; and also Keke of Oshkosh. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and cousins.
